This Old Government House wedding with two grooms was such a special and memorable photo shoot to be a part of. A passionate team of equality friendly Brisbane wedding suppliers collaborated to create this stunning Brisbane same-sex wedding at Old Government at QUT.
The shoot began with the two grooms arriving by walking down the aisle together, when to our surprise, one of the grooms dropped to one knee and popped the question, asking his partner to marry him! Needless to say, he said YES!
Such a beautiful moment to witness! The proposal resulted in two very loved up grooms who couldn’t keep their eyes or hands off each other for the remainder of the shoot, which was so perfect for conveying the ‘love is love’ message and showcasing how love filled a Brisbane same-sex wedding is.
This shoot was also designed to provide inspiration and same-sex wedding ideas for Brisbane couples and the iconic Old Government House building at QUT venue collection, looked so grand in the backdrop, as the sunset and the candles of the uniquely designed ceremony setting by The Styled Group lit up.
